Planning Your Event:
Decades Music will meet with you to discuss detailed planning. (Music selections, announcements, timed agendas, etc.)

The Entertainer:
Our emcees are entertainment host to make announcements, interact with guest, read the crowd to ensure a well balanced selection of music and to kept the party moving.  The emcee is very important to making the party a true success.
                                            *Note that Emcee interacting is approximated by your discretion.

The Music:
Decades Music will select the right music for your guest based on the different age groups, your music selections and the environment setting. Knowing which songs is a science and each event requires it's own music selections. Music selections are made on a per song basis and not through a music playlist.

Create Your Playlist:
With over 120,000 songs to choose from, the Decades Music website provides a playlist builder.  Choose some of your favorite hits and we will incorporate them into our list of songs for your event.  If there are songs not listed, make a note and we will be sure to include it.

A Signature Gift:
For your event, we would display a flat screen monitor that overlooks the dance floor. In addition, we encourage you to send us a copy of some pictures and/or possibly a company logo. Our system allows us to create a slide show which would display your images. If you are interested in our signature gift, just let us know in advance so that we can plan accordingly.

Monitoring Sound:
We will walk around throughout the event to ensure sound control.

Gold Plan

Equipment:
We would provide you with sound equipment for up to 150 people, a microphone and a volume controlled mixer. A table would also be included.

Music:
You can build your own playlist for the entire length of the event or Decades Music would provide a recommended playlist. We then take the playlist and prepare the music which would then be used for your party. This would be a continuous stream of music.
